2. Send your signed Artwork Release to Luna's (if applicable).
3. You will receive your Cost Estimate via e-mail.
   • Valid for 30 days from date of Cost Estimate.
4. E-mail any questions or comments about the Cost Estimate to Luna's.
   • Luna's will respond via e-mail or phone.
5. Confirm your acceptance of the Cost Estimate by e-mail.
   • Due to the custom nature of the work, there are no returns, exchanges or refunds once the Cost Estimate has been accepted by the customer.
6. Luna's will e-mail you an invoice.
   • A 60% deposit must be paid prior to starting work.

Luna's Custom Digitizing

• Overview:
  • The digitizing process artistically replicates the customer's artwork into an embroidery file format.
  • The quality of the artwork is an important aspect to the embroidery quality & digitizing cost.
• Artwork Supplied by Customer:
  • Accepted image formats
    • Vector Image (preferred)(.EPS or .BMP)
    • Graphic Image (minimum 600 dpi / .JPG)
  • For embroidery legibility & clarity:
    • Each color within the artwork should have clean/smooth edges with clearly defined outlines & fills
    • Standard text should be 6 mm (minimum) or larger
    • Letters with lots of open curves should be 25 mm (minimum) or larger
