Terms & Conditions

Embroidery & Artwork:
  • Accepted image formats:
    • Vector Image, preferred format (.EPS or .BMP)
    • Graphic Image, min. 600 dpi (.JPG)
  • For Custom Digitizing, submit Artwork Release & full size artwork image.
  • Embroidery is reproduced in the 'likeness' of the artwork due to variations in fabric, thread, stitch formats, artistic interpretation, embroidery processes, etc.
  • Luna's reserves the right to edit all embroidery designs, at any time, for size adjustments, stitching quality, visual appeal, etc.
  • All embroidery files are the property of Luna’s Embroidery unless the digitizing service is specifically purchased by the customer.
Payment:
  • Net 10 – Net 30 terms will only be provided to pre-approved clients at the discretion of Luna’s Embroidery. Terms begin from the date the product/service is shipped FOB & the final invoice date.
  • Luna's Embroidery reserves the right to refuse services to clients with overdue balances. There will be a service charge of 3% added to all invoices that go beyond the limit of their terms. Overdue accounts may also be subject to credit reporting.
  • Due to quality assurance, all 'Custom Orders' may contain a 5% over/under run. Customer will only be billed for the product items received.
Trademarks &/or Copyrights:
  • By placing an order with Luna's Embroidery, the customer warrants that they have the right to order, purchase & distribute items containing anything in the order, including logos, trademarks, copyrights, names, artwork & others. The customer agrees to release & hold harmless Luna's Embroidery from all claims relating to infringement of logos, trademarks, copyrights, artwork & others, whether actual or alleged.
Miscellaneous:
  • Luna's Embroidery will not be held responsible for acts beyond our control that delay the production or shipping of your products. We will expedite a delayed order & replace or refund the difference for damaged goods. This decision will be at the sole discretion of Luna's Embroidery & is considered final.
  • These Terms and Conditions may be updated at the sole discretion of Luna's Embroidery without any prior notification.
