*Due to the custom nature of our work, there are no returns, exchanges or refunds for Specialty Items or Custom Orders.

How to Order Specialty Items:

  1. Choose a Specialty Item.
  2. Enter your choice(s) of available options.
  3. Select 'Add to Cart'.

How to Place a Custom Order:

  1. Browse the catalogs under Custom Orders making sure to note the:
    • Item description, number, color, size, etc.
  2. Return to LunasEmbroidery.com.
  3. Sign, scan (.jpg) & e-mail the Artwork Release to Luna's (if applicable).

A Cost Estimate will be e-mailed to you (valid for 30 days from date of the Cost Estimate).

Ordering Requirements for Custom Orders:
  • Minimum order of 24 of each item (can be different sizes & colors)
  • All catalog items are subject to availability by supplier.
  • Before work is to begin:
    • A 60% non-refundable deposit of the Cost Estimate is required before any work is to begin. Any remaining balance will be due upon delivery of products & services & reflected on the final invoice.  We accept Visa & Mastercard.
    • An Artwork Release is required for Luna’s Embroidery to reproduce &/or digitize any logo or copyrighted artwork.
